Kilkenny Tradfest 2017
Kilkenny Tradfest and St. Patrick's day festival had a jam packed 2017 festival programme. The festival, which celebrated its fifth anniversary once again exceeded all expectations, with some of the country’s most influential and acclaimed musicians playing in Kilkenny City over the St Patrick’s Day weekend. Highlights included Paul Brady, Beoga, Declan Sinnott and may more. We had the pleasure of providing audio, visuals and staging for many of these wonderful indoor and outdoor events. Our new outdoor covered stage had its first outing on the Parade in Kilkenny for this years St. Patricks Day celebrations.
Kilkenny Tradfest has for the first time been shortlisted for an IMRO award – more than 11,500 IMRO members voted on Ireland’s music festivals, delivering a shortlist of their top ten festivals including Kilkenny Tradfest, who has been nominated for the ‘IMRO Small Music Festival of the Year 2016’ award’.
